1. Eligibility: By registering, you confirm that you are over 18 years old, a performer, creator, or artist willing to test the StarQuest platform.
2. Purpose: You agree to test the app features, including live auditions, tipping, and voting, and provide honest feedback.
3. Non-Disclosure: Do not share content, screenshots, or private information about the platform outside of approved channels.
4. Feedback: All feedback submitted becomes the property of StarQuest. You grant permission for its use in development and marketing.
5. Compensation: Beta testers will receive STAR Tokens (estimated value: ₱3,000) for full participation. Token value is estimated and not guaranteed.
6. Expectations: You agree to participate in at least one audition, use platform features, and complete feedback forms.
7. Use of Content: You give StarQuest permission to use your uploaded videos/images for promotional or training purposes.
8. Termination: StarQuest reserves the right to remove inactive testers or those who violate these terms.
9. No Guarantee: Participation does not guarantee future partnerships, prizes, or platform promotion.
10. Agreement: You confirm your understanding that STAR token compensation is based on estimated future value and not guaranteed as cash.
